RayMarTech is a one-person software company. We take your privacy seriously and have designed our business to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our business:
• Contact information you provide voluntarily — such as your name, email address, and company name — when you reach out to us through our contact form or by email.
• License activation data — when you activate a MQTTBridge license, the software records a machine fingerprint locally on your device. This fingerprint is used solely to validate your license and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We do not collect or store:
• Payment or financial information of any kind. All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card number, bank details, or billing information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details on how they handle your payment data.
• Usage data, telemetry, or analytics from the MQTTBridge software running on your systems.
• Any data from the MQTT messages, SQL Server databases, or RabbitMQ queues that MQTTBridge processes on your infrastructure. Your operational data stays entirely on your systems.
The contact information you provide is used only to:
• Respond to your enquiry or support request.
• Deliver your license key after purchase.
• Send important product updates or security notices, if applicable.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party services while running our business:
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all financial transactions. We receive confirmation of purchase but no financial data.
• Tally — contact form. When you submit our contact form, your response is processed by Tally and delivered to us by email. Please refer to Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy for details.
• Google — email hosting. Correspondence sent to our email addresses is handled via Google Workspace.
We retain contact enquiries and correspondence for as long as necessary to provide support and maintain a reasonable business record. If you would like your information removed, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we hold. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to contact us using the email addresses listed on our website for any sensitive communication.
You have the right to:
• Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
